Dear ones,
This message is for those of us with a desire to feel deeper into the beauty and love of the feminine energies within our bodies. While addressed primarily to women, it is equally for men who are in touch with, or wish to be in touch with, their own feminine energies.
In the last few months I have been feeling a new wave of the Rose consciousness coming into the awareness of humanity. Together with a few dear friends, women and men, who also feel resonance with the sacred feminine, we feel that there is a new level of not just understanding, but sensual presence, coming in. It feels like it is finally time for the seeds that we have been nourishing within ourselves, carefully taking care of and hiding for so long, to blossom.
This message is not so much about information, as it is an energy transmission. Its real purpose is to truly and openly convey the energies that are here for you. If you just quickly read the words they might sound nice, and they might also sound like a general message with nothing really new. But if you allow yourself to really hear it, to take time out only for yourself, to lie down and receive the gift of the energies that are in this deep message, it can bring you to a whole new level of feeling and understanding the existence of the Rose within you. It can bring you to a profound opening of the magical presence of crystalline love and beauty that is within you, and that is only yours.

I’m Romana, and I’m bringing you a message from Mary Magdalene and other ascended masters that are sitting with me now in this circle. The ascended masters who are presenting the feminine energies, nourishing feminine energies, taking care of feminine energies, of feminine essence. We know them also by the name Sisterhood of the Rose, because the Rose is presenting the most subtle, sublime vibrations of life, the passion of the soul, the beauty of divine embodied on Earth; the beauty and richness, the abundance of magical colorfulness, the sweet, juicy Life, the water that brings in the desert so much life.
And this is happening now on the planet Earth. Deserts are starting to receive the water of the feminine, the beauty, the life; many frequencies, vibrations, some call them codes, that have been hidden, that have been waiting for the right time to come. The vibration of the heart, the warmth of beauty, the vibration of love.
The Rose is a manifestation of love that lives within each of you, dear sisters. That lives within your body and waits – waits for you to allow this beauty, to be more and more awakened and present in you. It’s in your whole body. It’s in your womb. It’s in your heart. It’s everywhere, in every cell. It’s like a water that brings fluidity into your body, into your life. It brings joy that is inside of you always, but it brings it out.
Just breathe in. Breath these fragrances of the Roses, different colors. Just breathe them in and allow every cell of your body to open, to receive the color that is yours. To receive many colors.
Breath it in, dear sister, because it’s time. It’s time for you to fully open to your divinity, to your inner song that is waiting for you, to your joy, to your heart. This is your natural state of being. This … this joyful song within, quiet, but so vibrant, so alive.
Allow yourself to listen to this source of life within you, these gentle waters in your heart. And breathe in and relax deeply into yourself, into your lightness. Just breathe deeply, deep into your belly and release. Release everything that is worrying you. Release all the fears that you have for the future. Release all the tensions. For this moment, allow yourself to breathe freely into your whole body. And imagine yourself in this free body, in this loving body.
Feel love for yourself, compassion for yourself, gratefulness for yourself, and to yourself, for being so courageous to walk this Earth, to walk through all the challenges, all the dense energies, all injustices, through all the shame and the guilt and everything you believed you are guilty for, or you don’t deserve. Just allow yourself to just release all of that. Allow yourself to step out of everyday work, everyday responsibilities, and just be here.
Take time now truly to feel the presence of you, of your own energies, of your own soul, of your own wisdom. Feel this deep wisdom within your body, within your womb, within your belly. And open your belly. Feel it, feel all the magic around you, all the beauty that surrounds you.
Open the belly and release the tensions, and receive. Receive all that beauty that is there for you, all the potentials that are there, different opportunities that you can’t see if you are all worried and tense. It’s time, dear sisters, to truly step into the place of your own creativity, of your own voice, of your own wisdom. To love yourselves unconditionally.
It’s so much easier for you to love others, to take care of others. But now comes the time when caring for yourself and loving yourself is essential, because only in feeling your own heart, the abundance of the beauty that you are, your inner beauty and your inner radiance, your inner light—this is the place from where everything begins. So without that, without that feeling, without that connection, it’s going to be more and more difficult to walk the Earth.
And this is the secret. This is very, very simple and to some of you sounds too simple, but beloved ones, this is where everything starts. This is where all the magic starts. This is where your true happiness and joy begins. It’s in your heart. It’s in loving yourself, taking care of yourself, taking time for your silence, for being with you, taking time to see the beauty of the nature around you.
Because as a woman, you are a nature. In a woman’s body you have deep connection with the depth of the Earth, with the natural cycles, birthing and dying and giving birth. It’s time to really honor the manifested world. Divinity is manifested through you, in you, in your body, and in the nature, and in everybody, because eventually we are all nature. And if we allow this connection, we can connect with the magical reality of the natural world.
In the ancient cultures, very, very ancient, they understood the sacredness of manifested reality, the material world. And in the same time the sacredness of the invisible realities. And for this knowledge so many of you were punished and ridiculed, and many of you have fear of living it, of speaking about it. And it’s not only in ancient cultures, it’s here all the time around you, within you.
And you know how to feel it, how to tap into it, how to communicate with nature, with the energies of the world around you, and feel into it and tap into this flow of life that exists parallelly and in the same time with the visible world. It’s the magic that you know so well, and it’s time to allow yourself to fully trust and you, in your intuition, in your feeling, in your senses.
When you can feel your heart, this is the sign that you are on the right track. Then you can allow the light in, the light that is already there, waiting to shine in you, to shine for you, to shine around you, and to create new light, new life, to bless everything you touch, to bless everybody you connect with. Feel this light within you. Allow this light within you. Just imagine it, imagine the light shining within your heart. Bright, soft, kind light.
It’s the light that you can embrace the whole word with. The light within your whole body, within your womb. Allow this light to come in, in your body. Breathe it in and be the love that you are. Be the wisdom that you are, and that you so many times forget. But no more. Just breathe it in.
Feel the light coming in every cell of your body, warming your heart, warming your belly, warming your feet and all of you. You are so loved, and so divine. And just allow yourself to receive it. Receive this love. And you are so honored for who you are, exactly the way you are. You don’t need to improve yourself or fix yourself in order to be worthy. Just receive yourself.
Just allow yourself to receive this honor and this love. Just breathe it in and enjoy. Just simply enjoy this feeling and feel how the earth holds you. How the earth loves you, always. These are not the just some nice words. This is how it is. This is your natural state of being, because you are love, and you are loved.
You are loved by many around you, many invisible beings, but what is most important: you are loved by you. And this is something that can never be taken away from you. This is something that simply is, and it’s just up to you whether you allow yourself to receive this love, this lightness in your body, in your heart, in your life.
It’s just a matter of if you allow it, if you are willing to receive it, if you are willing to take time to receive. And to be aware of the existence of this love, existence of your soul that loves you so unconditionally, every moment. And it’s always there. You don’t need to pray for it, or to do all kinds of difficult disciplines. All you need to do is to receive this love.
Take time for yourself and just breathe it in. Just open it, just remember it. “Oh, yeah, my soul is here. I can open my heart and receive the love.” And even if you can’t feel it, sometimes, already knowing that your soul is always here gives you a bigger perspective, gives you hope and faith that even if you can’t feel it all the time, it’s there.
And, if you truly allow her presence, there will be times when you start to feel it, because that’s who you are. It’s not some magic around you, outside of you. But this is you, as simple as that. So, allow yourself this feeling of peace, oh dear sister, this feeling of lightness, this feeling of beauty. And come back to this love. Remember this love.
Whenever you feel away, whenever your mind takes you in the places of confusion, come back to this simplicity within you, to this clarity, and you will know what the next step is for you. You will know what needs to be done, because when you open yourself up, your soul can speak to you, your soul can give you the vision, the feeling, the knowingness. And from this warm feeling in your heart, your steps will be really yours. Because this is the source of your abundance. When you have this love within you, this self-sufficient feeling, then you are enough. And from this place, everything is possible.
There is a big transition happening now in the world. The feminine essence within each of you, women or men, is becoming more clear. It’s becoming more present. And it’s going to become more present in every segment of life, within yourself and in everyday life. First step to it is loving yourselves and honoring yourselves. Releasing all the blockages, all the doubts, shame, guilt. Becoming more clear within you, that you are the one who can allow divinity.
There is a heavenly kingdom within you, and this is what is the biggest treasure. Whatever happens outside of you, whatever happens in the world around, if you have your own divine kingdom or queendom within, everything changes. And you can make, you can contribute to the better world, only from this place of feeling and knowing the divinity within.

Permítete escuchar esta fuente de vida dentro tuyo, estas aguas gentiles en tu corazón. Y respira y relájate profundamente en ti misma, en tu ligereza. Sólo respira profundamente, profundamente en tu vientre y suéltalo. Libera todo lo que te preocupa. Libera todos los miedos que tienes por el futuro. Libera todas las tensiones. En este momento, permítete respirar libremente por todo tu cuerpo. E imagínate libre en este cuerpo, en este amoroso cuerpo.

Aquí es donde comienza tu verdadera felicidad y alegría. Está en tu corazón. Y tú sabes cómo se siente esto, cómo aprovecharlo, cómo comunicarte con la naturaleza, con las energías del mundo que te rodea, y sentir y aprovechar este flujo de vida que existe al mismo tiempo y paralelamente con el mundo visible. Es la magia que conoces tan bien y que es tiempo de permitirte confiar plenamente en ti, en tu intuición, en tus sentimientos y en tus sentidos.
Cuando puedes sentir tu corazón, es la señal de que estás en el camino correcto. Entonces puedes permitir la luz dentro tuyo, la luz que ya está allí, esperando para brillar en tí, para brillar para tí, para brillar a tu alrededor y para crear nueva luz, nueva vida, para bendecir todo lo que tocas, para bendecir a todos con los que te relacionas. Siente la luz entrando en cada célula de tu cuerpo, calentando tu corazón, calentando tu vientre, calentando tus pies y toda tú. Eres tan amada y tan divina. Y permítete recibirla. Recibe este amor. Y siéntete muy honrada por lo que eres, exactamente cómo eres. No necesitas mejorar o arreglarte para ser digna. Sólo tienes que recibirte a ti misma.
Sólo permítete recibir este honor y este amor. Sólo respira y disfruta. Simplemente disfruta de este sentimiento y siente cómo la tierra te sostiene. Cómo la tierra siempre te ama. Éstas no son solo algunas palabras bonitas. Así es como sucede. Este es tu estado natural de ser, porque eres amor y eres amada. Eres amada por muchos a tu alrededor, muchos seres invisibles, pero lo más importante: eres amada por tí misma. Y esto es algo que nunca pueden quitarte. Esto es algo que simplemente es y depende de ti si permites recibir este amor, esta luminosidad en tu cuerpo, en tu corazón, en tu vida.
Es sólo cuestión de si lo permites, si estás dispuesta a recibirlo, si estás dispuesta a tomarte un tiempo para recibirlo. Y ser consciente de la existencia de este amor, de la existencia de tu alma que en todo momento te ama tan incondicionalmente. Y siempre está ahí. No necesitas orar por ello o hacer todo tipo de difíciles disciplinas. Todo lo que necesitas hacer es recibir este amor.
Tómate un tiempo para ti misma y respira. Ábrelo, recuérdalo. “Oh, sí, mi alma está aquí. Puedo abrir mi corazón y recibir el amor.” Y aunque a veces no puedas sentirlo, tienes que saber que tu alma siempre está aquí dándote una perspectiva más grande, dándote esperanza y fe de que aunque no puedas sentirlo todo el tiempo, allí está.
Y si realmente permites su presencia, habrá momentos en que empezarás a sentirlo, porque eso es lo que eres. Esto no es magia a tu alrededor, fuera de ti. Pero esta eres tú, tan simple como eso. Así que, permite este sentimiento de paz, oh querida hermana, este sentimiento de claridad, este sentimiento de belleza. Y vuelve a este amor. Recuerda este amor.
Cada vez que sientas que te alejas, cada vez que tu mente te lleve a lugares de confusión, regresa dentro tuyo a esta simplicidad, a esta claridad y sabrás cuál es el siguiente paso para ti. Sabrás lo que hay que hacer, porque cuando te abres, tu alma puede hablarte, tu alma puede darte la visión, el sentimiento, el conocimiento. Y desde ese cálido sentimiento en tu corazón, tus pasos serán realmente tuyos. Porque esta es la fuente de tu abundancia. Cuando dentro tuyo tienes este amor, este sentimiento de autosuficiencia, entonces eres suficiente. Y desde este lugar, todo es posible.
Hay una gran transición que está ocurriendo en el mundo ahora. La esencia femenina dentro de cada uno de ustedes, mujeres u hombres, se está volviendo más clara. Se está haciendo más presente. Y va a estar más presente en cada segmento de la vida, dentro de ti mismo y en la vida diaria. El primer paso es amarse a sí mismos y honrarse a sí mismos. Liberando todos los bloqueos, todas las dudas, vergüenza, culpa. Volviéndose más claro dentro tuyo, que eres tú quien puede permitir la divinidad.
Hay un reino celestial dentro tuyo y este es el mayor tesoro. Cualquier cosa que suceda fuera de ti, cualquier cosa que suceda en el mundo que te rodea, si tienes tu propio reino divino o reino interior, todo cambia. Y puedes hacer, puedes contribuir mejor al mundo , sólo desde el lugar del sentir y del conocer la divinidad interior.
