A Course on Becoming the Creator that You Are

Now we invite you to take a deep breath, relax and allow yourself to feel this experience.
So dear creators, how does one fall in love with self?
In our last lesson we discussed how it is time to turn your attention inward, for only in changing your inner world can you create your outer world. But what does that mean?
In our next few lessons we’re going to be discussing different ways to do this, different ways that you can open yourself up to love of self. For until you open yourself to love of self, dear friends, you cannot truly love or be loved by another.
We’ll talk more about the nature of love, and of love with others, in a future lesson. But for now, know this: You cannot love another, or be loved by another, more than you love yourself. It cannot happen, dear friends.
So in this lesson we wish to bring your attention to the ways that you feed, to the places where you get your energy. For dear friends, dear creators, you have been using energy ever since you left home.
As we have discussed, there was incredible energy created in the potential, in the tension, between the question and answer, between the two sides of duality, and you have been using that energy. Some call it the Field of Energy, or the Field of Potentials.
As you forgot who you were, dear friends, you began to feed on the energy of others. You would meet an angel. That angel would remind you of the part of you that you were searching for, and you would fall in love with that angel. And then you would try to hold onto that angel, and when they wanted to do something different than what you wanted, you would try to convince them or force them to do what you wanted, because you thought you needed their energy. You thought that they were fulfilling you.
Sometimes it worked for a time and you would keep them around you, for their energy was feeding something inside of you. And the same thing was happening for them, dear friends. They were also searching for themselves and they thought they had found it in you, and so they were feeding on your energy.
That would go on for a time, but sooner or later, dear friends, it would have to end. Because no two angels have the same desires no two angels are on exactly the same path, and sooner or later you would have to part ways.
Oh, you would fight and battle to keep that angel with you, and that would just drive them away quicker. Then you would feel lost and empty and alone, and wonder what happened. You would feel weak and small, because you no longer had their energy to feed on. And so you would find other ways to feed, or other angels to feed upon.
At some point you began to form into groups, for you found that it was easier to control another being if there were more of you doing it. But no being can be controlled, and so eventually that would end too, and they would go off and form their own group.
Then battles would be fought, for battles, dear friend, are another way that you feed upon the energy of others. In battle there are winners and losers. In battle the winners feed on enormous amounts of energy from the losers, and they take that energy in and use it as their own. What they don’t realize is that the losers are feeding also, in a different kind of way. Or the losers go and feed upon others in order to replenish the energy that the winner has taken. And so the cycle continues.
And it became very intense, dear friends. The cycles of energy feeding and energy stealing became so intense among the angels that all of creation began to slow down. And that was when Earth was created, for a Council was called of representatives from all the angelic families, for by this time you had formed into families. Families of similar energies, many, many thousands of families.
And so representatives of those families came together, dear friends. Some of you were among those representatives. And a plan was created, because you didn’t know what was going to happen if everything kept slowing down. You were afraid that all things might cease to exist, and so you said, “We need to understand what is happening. We need to create a place where we can slow everything down, and come to a new understanding of what is happening.”
And so Earth was created, and you came to Earth. And did the same thing all over again, only in a much more slowed down way, and you did it over and over again.
You would come into a lifetime on Earth. You would come in helpless, as a new baby, and you would feed upon the energy of your mother, and of your parents, and then of your community. For that is the way it was set up, dear friends. It wasn’t a bad thing, it’s just the way it was set up.
And then you would meet someone and fall in love with that person, and you would feed upon their energy and they would feed upon yours, and the cycle would continue. You fed upon the energy of your community. You fed on the energy of your friends and of your enemies.
Somewhere along the way you found that if you could gather together the energy of enough people you could control their energy, at least for a time, and that felt really good. It gave you power, for power, dear friends, is nothing more than energy stealing. Power is the sensation that you feel when you are full of the energy of others, and when you are able to control that energy and manipulate it. But power is an illusion, dear friends. You cannot hold onto that energy forever, and sooner or later its owner will call it back and you will be left small and empty.
And so you played ou these cycles, over and over again. For many lifetimes on Earth it was just the way things worked. You came in dependent upon the energy of others. You had no choice but to feed on their energy, for that was the way the system was set up.
But now the time has come where everything is different. Now you are waking up. The dream is fading away, for all of that, dear friends, was in the dream. Now you are coming back to yourself, and now it is time to reclaim the energy within you.
For within you, dear friends, is all the energy you could ever need. And now there is a new kind of energy that you are creating. You are no longer dependent upon the energy of any other. You are no longer dependent upon the energy of that grand field of duality. You are no longer dependent upon anything outside of you.
So we would like you to take a look at your life. Just become aware of where you feed. Don’t try to change it right now. I’s not bad, dear friends, it just is. It’s how it has always been, but we want you to become aware of it. Look for the places where you get energy from others.
Oh, it happens in many different ways. When someone looks at you and smiles, and you feel a little surge inside of you, a little bit of pleasure, you just fed on a little bit of their energy, dear friends. Again, it’s not bad. We just want you to become aware of it.
When something happens and you win over another person in some way, however small or large, and you feel that sense of satisfaction, you just stole some of their energy, dear friends. When you fall in love with someone, what you are really feeling is the energy that they are giving you.
Again, it’s not a bad thing. And even as you come all the way back to yourself and you feed yourself entirely from inside, you will still find pleasure in dancing with the energy of others. But it will be different. It will be conscious, and it will not be stealing. It will be more like a dance, dear friends, instead of a struggle.
When you watch a game, a game of whatever sport you are into, be aware of what is happening with the energies. Be aware of how the participants in the game are feeding upon the energy of the audience, and of how the audience is feeding upon their energy.
Notice the things in life, dear friends, that make you feel good, or that make you feel bad. It’s all energy flow. When you feel good, energy is flowing in. When you feel bad, energy is flowing out. Just be aware of those things.
Be aware of the people around whom you feel good, and the ones around whom you feel bad. Notice where you feel drained, and notice where you go to recharge yourself.
We will talk more as we go along about what to do with these situations, but for now we want you to just notice them. Start to become aware of where you feed, and of what feeds upon you.
The most important part, dear friends, is where you feed, because others can only feed upon you to the extent that you feed upon others. You need not change those other people who feed upon you. All you need to do is become aware of the feeding, and then turn inward and meet your own needs inside you. Then they will no longer be able to feed on you.
If you confront another person about their feeding on you, that very act, dear friend, is just you feeding upon them, and it perpetuates the cycle and intensifies it. There is no need; just come back to you.
You are whole and complete and divine and sovereign, dear friends. You have within you everything that you can ever possibly need or desire. Everything, without exception.
When you come back to that, your life will be different. You will no longer need the energy of others, and they will no longer be able to take your energy from you. And then you will be able to dance with them in a whole new way.
So take some time, dear friends. Take a notebook if you wish, and make a list of the ways in which you feed on the world around you. It isn’t just on people. It can be animals, it can be things. It can be a purpose, or a mission in life. It can be accomplishments.
Any time that something in the outer world, in the world around you, seems to give you a sense of wellbeing, or of discomfort or fear, there is an energy transfer happening, dear friends, and we want you to become aware of those.
And we are complete.

Entonces queridos creadores, ¿cómo se enamora uno de sí mismo?
En nuestra lección anterior discutimos como es el momento de dirigir su atención hacia el interior, ya que únicamente cambiando su mundo interior pueden crear su mundo exterior. Pero ¿qué significa eso?
En nuestras próximas lecciones vamos a discutir distintas maneras de hacer esto, distintas maneras en que se pueden abrir al amor a sí mismo. Porque hasta que se abran al amor a sí mismo, queridos amigos, no pueden realmente amar o ser amados por otro.
Hablaremos más sobre la naturaleza del amor, y del amor con los demás, en una lección futura. Pero por ahora, sepan esto: No pueden amar a otro, o ser amados por otro, más de lo que se aman a sí mismos. No puede suceder, queridos amigos.
Así que en esta lección deseamos dirigir su atención a las maneras en que se alimentan, a los lugares donde obtienen su energía. Porque queridos amigos, queridos creadores, han estado usando energía desde que salieron del hogar.
Como ya hemos comentado, se creó energía increíble en el potencial, en la tensión, entre la pregunta y la respuesta, entre los lados de la dualidad, y ustedes han estado utilizando esa energía. Algunos lo llaman el Campo de Energía, o el Campo de Potenciales.
Como se les olvidó quiénes eran, queridos amigos, comenzaron a alimentarse de la energía de los demás. Conocían a un ángel. Ese ángel les recordaba la parte de ustedes que estaban buscando, y se enamoraban de ese ángel. Y entonces trataban de aferrarse a ese ángel, y cuando ellos querían hacer algo diferente a lo que ustedes querían, trataban de convencerlos u obligarlos a hacer lo que ustedes querían, porque pensaban que necesitaban su energía. Pensaban que ellos los estaban llenando.
A veces funcionaba durante un tiempo y los mantenían cerca, porque su energía estaba alimentando algo dentro de ustedes. Y lo mismo les ocurría a ellos, queridos amigos. También se estaban buscando a sí mismos y pensaban que lo habían encontrado en ustedes, así que se alimentaban de su energía.
Eso continuaba por un tiempo, pero tarde o temprano, queridos amigos, tenía que terminar. Porque no hay dos ángeles que tengan los mismos deseos, no hay dos ángeles que estén exactamente en el mismo camino, y tarde o temprano tendrían que irse cada uno por su lado.
Oh, luchaban y batallaban para mantener a ese ángel con ustedes, y eso simplemente los alejaba más rápido. Entonces se sentían perdidos y vacíos y solos, y se preguntaban qué había pasado. Se sentían débiles y pequeños, porque ya no tenían su energía para alimentarse. Así que encontraban otras maneras de alimentarse, o a otros ángeles para alimentarse.
En algún momento empezaron a formar grupos, porque encontraron que era más fácil controlar a otro ser si habían más de ustedes haciéndolo. Pero ningún ser puede ser controlado, por lo que finalmente eso también terminaba, y ellos se iban y formaban su propio grupo.
Entonces se libraban batallas, porque las batallas, queridos amigos, es otra manera en que nos alimentamos de la energía de los demás. En la batalla hay ganadores y perdedores. En la batalla los ganadores se alimentan de enormes cantidades de energía de los perdedores, y toman esa energía y la utilizan como propia. Lo que no se dan cuenta es que los perdedores se alimentan también, de otra manera. O los perdedores van y se alimentan de otros a fin de reponer la energía que el ganador ha tomado. Y así el ciclo continúa.
Y se volvió muy intenso, queridos amigos. Los ciclos de alimentación de energía y de robo de energía se volvieron tan intensos entre los ángeles que toda la creación empezó a ponerse más lenta. Y fue entonces cuando la Tierra fue creada, porque un Consejo de representantes de todas las familias angélicas fue convocado, porque para este tiempo ustedes se habían formado en familias. Familias de energías similares, muchos, muchos miles de familias.
Y así, los representantes de ésas familias se reunieron, queridos amigos. Algunos de ustedes se encontraban entre ésos representantes. Y un plan se creó, porque ustedes no sabían lo que iba a suceder si todo seguía poniéndose más lento. Temían que todas las cosas dejaran de existir, y entonces dijeron, “Tenemos que entender lo que está sucediendo. Tenemos que crear un lugar donde podamos desacelerar todo, y llegar a una nueva comprensión de lo que está sucediendo.”
Y así la Tierra fue creada, y ustedes vinieron a la Tierra. E hicieron lo mismo una y otra vez, sólo que de una forma mucho más lenta, y lo hicieron una y otra vez.
Entraban a una vida en la Tierra. Entraban indefensos, como un nuevo bebé, y se alimentaban de la energía de su madre, y de sus padres, y luego de su comunidad. Porque esa es la forma en que se creó, queridos amigos. No era algo malo, es sólo la forma en que se creó.
Y entonces ustedes conocían a alguien y se enamoraban de esa persona, y se alimentaban de su energía y ellos se alimentaban de la suya, y el ciclo continuaba. Se alimentaron de la energía de su comunidad. Se alimentaron de la energía de sus amigos y de sus enemigos.
En un determinado momento encontraron que si podían reunir la energía de suficientes personas podían controlar su energía, al menos durante un tiempo, y se sentía muy bien. Les daba poder, porque el poder, queridos amigos, no es más que robo de energía. El poder es la sensación que se siente cuando están llenos de energía de los demás, y cuando son capaces de controlar esa energía y manipularla. Pero el poder es una ilusión, queridos amigos. No se pueden aferrar a esa energía por siempre, y tarde o temprano su dueño la llamará de vuelta y ustedes quedarán pequeños y vacíos.
Y así manifestaron estos ciclos, una y otra vez. Durante muchas vidas en la Tierra era sólo la manera en que funcionaron las cosas. Ustedes entraron dependientes de la energía de los demás. No les quedaba más remedio que alimentarse de su energía, porque ese era el modo en que se había implementado el sistema.
Pero ahora ha llegado el momento que todo es diferente. Ahora están despertando. El sueño se está desvaneciendo, porque todo eso, queridos amigos, estaba en el sueño. Ahora están regresando a sí mismos, y ahora es el momento de recuperar la energía en su interior.
Porque dentro de ustedes, queridos amigos, está toda la energía que podrían necesitar. Y ahora hay un nuevo tipo de energía que ustedes están creando. Ya no dependen de la energía de cualquier otro. Ya no dependen de la energía de ese gran campo de la dualidad. Ya no dependen de nada fuera de ustedes.
Así que nos gustaría que le echen un vistazo a su vida. Sólo percátense de dónde se alimentan. No traten de cambiarlo en este momento. No es malo, queridos amigos, simplemente es. Es la forma en que siempre ha sido, pero queremos que se percaten de ello. Busquen los lugares donde obtienen energía de los demás.
Oh, esto ocurre de muchas maneras diferentes. Cuando alguien los mira y sonríe, y ustedes sienten una pequeña oleada dentro de ustedes, un poco de placer, acaban de alimentarse un poco de su energía, queridos amigos. Una vez más, no es malo. Sólo queremos que se percaten de ello.
Cuando algo sucede y ustedes se ganan a otra persona de alguna manera, por pequeño o grande que sea, y sienten esa sensación de satisfacción, acaban de robar algo de su energía, queridos amigos. Cuando se enamoran de alguien, lo que realmente se siente es la energía que les están dando.
Una vez más, no es algo malo. E incluso si regresan totalmente a ustedes mismos y se alimentan por completo del interior, todavía encontrarán placer al bailar con la energía de los demás. Pero será diferente. Será consciente, y no será robar. Será más como una danza, queridos amigos, en lugar de una lucha.
Cuando ven un partido, un partido de cualquier deporte que les guste, percátense de lo que está pasando con las energías. Percátense de cómo los participantes en el juego se alimentan de la energía del público, y de cómo el público se alimenta de su energía.
Noten las cosas en la vida, queridos amigos, que los hace sentir bien, o que los hace sentir mal. Todo es flujo de energía. Cuando se sienten bien, la energía está fluyendo hacia adentro. Cuando se sienten mal, la energía está fluyendo hacia afuera. Sólo sean conscientes de ésas cosas.
Sean conscientes de las personas alrededor de las que se sienten bien, y las de alrededor de las que se sienten mal. Noten dónde ustedes se sienten agotados, y noten dónde van a recargarse.
Hablaremos más sobre la marcha acerca de qué hacer con estas situaciones, pero por ahora queremos que simplemente las noten. Empiecen a darse cuenta de dónde se alimentan, y de lo que se alimenta de ustedes.
La parte más importante, queridos amigos, es dónde se alimentan ustedes, ya que otros sólo pueden alimentarse de ustedes en la medida en que se alimentan de otros. No es necesario cambiar a aquellas personas que se alimentan de ustedes. Todo lo que tienen que hacer es percatarse de la alimentación, y luego dirigirse hacia adentro y satisfacer sus propias necesidades dentro de ustedes. Entonces ellos ya no serán capaces de alimentarse de ustedes.
Si confrontan a otra persona en cuanto a que se alimentan de ustedes, ese mismo acto en sí, queridos amigos, es sólo ustedes alimentándose de ellos, y eso perpetúa el ciclo y lo intensifica. No es necesario, sólo regresen de nuevo a ustedes.
Ustedes son plenos y completos y divinos y soberanos, queridos amigos. Tienen dentro de ustedes todo lo que alguna vez pudieran necesitar o desear. Todo, sin excepción.
Cuando regresan a eso, su vida será diferente. Ya no necesitarán más la energía de los demás, y ellos ya no serán capaces de quitarles su energía. Y entonces serán capaces de bailar con ellos de una manera totalmente nueva.
Así que tómense algún tiempo, queridos amigos. Tomen un cuaderno si lo desean, y hagan una lista de las formas en que se alimentan del mundo que los rodea. No se trata sólo de las personas. Puede ser animales, puede ser cosas. Puede ser un propósito, o una misión en la vida. Puede ser logros.
Cada vez que algo en el mundo exterior, en el mundo que los rodea, parece darles una sensación de bienestar, o de malestar o temor, hay una transferencia de energía ocurriendo, queridos amigos, y queremos que se percaten de ellas.
Y somos completos.
